This was my first visit to this Toyota branch, and I couldn't be more impressed. Right off the bat, I noticed how organized and efficient the entire operation is. My recall service and routine maintenance were handled remarkably fast without cutting any corners. A special shoutout to Oscar, my service advisor, who kept me updated and ensured everything went smoothly, and Terri, my shuttle driver, who was super friendly and made the ride seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a service team that respects your time while providing top-tier customer care. They truly know how to take care of you and your car—I'll definitely be back for future service!

Always easy to deal with

So grateful for the experience I had here. I’d never bought a car on my own before and I was prepared for the typical salesman is a snake cliche. Carey was a pleasant surprise. He was kind, patient, and helped me get a car I never would’ve thought I could have. My face is so red in these pictures from the flood over emotions and happy tears throughout this experience. I HIGHLY recommend going to see him!!!

Joshua was the BEST car salesman I have ever dealt with. I have bought many cars in the past and I was in and out of I-95 Toyota of Brunswick in less than 3.5 hours. Joshua explained everything exceptionally and had all vehicles readily available. This is also difficult to write regarding my oil change on my 4 Runner…Service agent Gloria was absolutely wonderful today, and thank you for providing me with information I was inquiring about…. Now for the oil change. I understand now it’s not first come, first serve. I showed up for my appointment today with one car ahead of me and 15 minutes early. I was last out behind 4 to 6 others, maybe more…..2 hour oil change!! Unacceptable. Still grateful today New review…. Had a flight today out of Jacksonville. Leaving town low tire pressure monitoring came on… rear low with nail. They not only took me in immediately, they also did an overdue tire rotation in 35 mins. Made my flight!!! Thank you for your outstanding and friendly customer service.
